Produced by Baxters Original in Wellington Jolokia Voodoo Rum won 1st place at Mr Chilli Awards 2016. This recipe pays homage to New Orleans and the Caribbean where voodoo witchcraft comes from. Creole cajun spices, dark rum, molasses, and a potent mix of manuka and coconut smoked Organic Chocolate Bhut Jolokia (Ghost) Chilli Peppers.
