Habanero Hot Honey

Hot honey sauces are creating FOMO (fear of missing out) throughout the world. Al’s Laboratory needed to take it further. We cranked up the heat like a new stepdad on mum’s gas BBQ just trying to impress the teenage boys.

Big, delicious chunks of fermented New Zealand-grown habanero chillies perfectly blended with wild South Canterbury honey.
